When I launched my first 8 week group program this past Summer, I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like, the recipes I wanted to include and the vibe I wanted the members to feel, but didn't know how everything would flow.
I gave handouts, recipes, support, master classes, fitness videos, freebies and guided group interaction, but as far as the exact flow was concerned, I felt my way through.
This time around, I knew I wanted to have experts and specialists in the program, because it is way easier for me to promote these people, than it is to promote myself. It's more fun!! I know these people, these transformations and these success stories and that is why I invited them to showcase their skills + share with the sisterhood community we are building.
This is the last 8 week program of 2016 and I am focusing 100% of my energy, time and commitment. I can't believe this dream I had in my head is now a reality and imagine it getting better and better every time we launch.

You will have these recipes for life + can use them on repeat throughout the whole year (except for the 14 day Fall detox).
I follow a modified version of the detox, clean eating, paleo-ish, gluten + dairy free, sugar free, low amount of sugar lifestyle. I live it up 20% of my week and rain it in 80%. There isn't a specific "diet" I follow, because my body and tastebuds change and yours should too.
