In a blender, add all of the ingredients in the order they are listed. Blend until smooth. If you want your smoothie to be colder, add 3-4 ice cubes, then blend. Please only add ice cubes if you have a high speed blender that can handle the crushing of the ice.
Feel free to add water to reach your desired thickness. Use organic produce whenever possible. Each recipe serves two or may be used as a substitute for one large meal.

1 ½ cups dairy-free milk or coconut water
½ cup blueberries
1 teaspoon spirulina or wheatgrass powder (optional)
2 tablespoons raw cacao
1 cup mixed greens
1 handful parsley
Dash of ginger powder
