I'm on the last week of my 4 week Daisy Duke Transformation and as you can see below - consistency wasn't my friend. I'm in the middle of launching, creating and starting my first ever 8 week group program on a membership site and it has taken all the energy out of me. Zapped me to my core, (but the best kind of zap). I've been sleeping later and making this course my first priority. I did two leg days last week and felt the second one for 3 days straight. OWEEEE!!! But pain that feels so, so good.
Comments from my husband and a few family members convince me that the work I've been putting in is making a difference in my body and I do feel stronger.
Workouts in the gym - strength training
Week 1- 3 workouts - Mon, Wed, Fri
Week 2 - 1 workout
Week 3 - 2 workouts
Week 4 - Starting today - goal is 3!
Not included: power walks, lazy walks, bike rides, yoga, barre, workouts at home.
I wish I could've done more on weeks 2 and 3, but I'm giving myself a pass. I've been obsessed with my Fit Girl Seattle coaching life and finding balance is kind of out of the picture.
I will do better this week and that's really all you can ask of yourself.
"Did I sweat today?"
"Did I drink 3 liters of water?"
"Did I get enough sleep?"
"Did I remember to get ______ a birthday gift?"
"How can I do better than last week?"
"Did I finish the powerpoint for the Master Class?"
"Did I write and send my clients session notes?"
Do the best you can and continue to do better every week!
