A schedule mishap for Monday and a client on Wednesday.
Friday was the only day I got to weight train with my trainer and boy, did he make up for the two days I had missed. Luckily, my bestie was in town and we got to train together.
Last week I took a 5ish mile hike in Seattle that made up for leg day...head to Discovery Park with Ginger Saunders and you'll know why.
This week is starting off strong. I have my Master Class tomorrow and I want to be in the best shape to deliver this transformaional 8 week program that I'll be speaking about tomorrow night on the call.
Today we did LEGS - I secretly love legs ---> don't tell my trainer because I'm scared he'll jack it up a few notches.
We did leg curl, hamstring curl, body weight squats, weighted squats, deadlifts and foam rolling.
I loved it all because I feel like I'm getting stronger and what woman doesn't love getting STRONGER!?
Next week is supposed to be my last week of this 4 week transformation, but we'll see. I have a feeling I drank the kool-aid and will be at the gym #traininghard (isn't that the appropriate gym hashtag?)
