Well, I arrived at 7AM for my session - with no trainer. :( He had a rough night with the kids and needed sleep, but that left me with no plan.
I ended up working on website updates instead. I might go back later today or ask my husband to help me with legs - he was a trainer, so I'm sure he could whip up an awesome workout...as long as I don't whaaaa whaaaaa
We did shoulders on Friday and I can barely lift my arms to wash my hair - what a sad state of affairs.
Lots of long walks (4+ miles) this weekend to stretch out the body and mini yoga sessions throughout the day. Also 50 air squats on the golf course.
Lesson learned: Get the movement in wherever you can AND check with your trainer to make sure they'll be there before arriving.
