TODAY (Wednesday) was pull + press. I looked at my trainer with wide eyes as he said, "today is pull and press." WHAT?!
Found out quickly what he meant. Push ups (48 of them), chest pull thingy, shoulder press and assisted pull ups. 12-15 reps of each 4 x's. DEATH. The assisted pull up made me want to pull my hair out.
I warmed up on the treadmill for 5 minutes as usual and this workout took about 25 minutes. I had to train a client, come home, shower, eat breakfast and get ready a Fearful to Fit Girl client and then I'll head back to the gym and do some more exercises! Lord knows what is next for me.
Monday was way worse, today was like, "whoa, where are these shoulder veins coming from!?" ARNOLD HERE I COME!
