I usually do this to myself. Might be the adult ADD, might be because I like to take on a lot at once, stress out, blow the project out of the water and breathe easy until my next project.
Tomorrow starts my first fitness challenge in a long time.
The waters are deep on this guy and I'm not sure I want to jump in. It's pretty comfy on the shallow end (yoga, barre and walking). I've had a great time with my trifecta and we've weathered some intense storms. Injuries, low energy, stiff body and still, they are my favorites.
Tomorrow is day 1 of weight training. I've done these workouts intermittently, but never consistently. Never on a schedule.
Tomorrow at 7AM I will be shaking in my boots as I embark on a 4 week journey. I know that my big hold up is mental and I know that fear is telling me to run, but this year is the Year of Yes (thank you Shonda Rhimes). SO BRING IT ON GIG HARBOR STRENGTH & FITNESS!
