If you're like the other billion people in the world, you have taken or are interested in taking a yoga class.
But you're not made of money. I hear you. I get you. BUT mental health is JUST as important as physical health + if you can go out less to eat or work another day a week or ask for a raise, yoga is WORTH IT. It saved me 8 years ago and continues to be my go to for therapy.
There are always ways to save money, just gotta do a little research.
My clients tell me how much they love yoga, but how expensive it is...a couple of tips:
Look for the deals. Most studios have 1 or 2 week deals for $10-$25. It's a great way to shop around for where you feel most at home.
Take a little trip on Groupon, Living Social or whatever other money saving online coupon site you can find!
Ask or online search for donation based classes (and actually donate, don't want that kind of karma floating around)!
Search for community classes, my studio in Gig Harbor has a Friday Happy Hour where yoga is only $10!
Do a Youtube search for yoga. THERE ARE SO MANY FREE RESOURCES TO DO YOGA AT HOME!
If you belong to a gym, it's more than likely that your gym offers yoga classes. Check 'em out.
Book a discovery session with me - here's why: not only do we get to work together for 90 days, but we get to do yoga, barre + guided meditation in our Skype sessions.
