My wedding is coming up + I've been slacking on the workouts with everything that's going on! I prefer walks over yoga/barre classes and tuna melts over my normally paleo'ish, tons of veggies kind of meals. As I walked the other day, I could feel how much muscle I lost by the way my legs were moving. So I've decided to step it into high gear for 4 days!
Here are the ways to speed up fat loss so you (and me) can look ultra gorgeous at an event!!
Stair Stepper - 30 or more minutes at level 7 or 8 for 4 days. It's amazing because you will actually see a difference in 4 days! Sweat out those toxins + prepare to see your muscle tone!
WATER! Drink at least half your body weight in ounces, more if you work out! This is another way to flush the toxins (cellulite, bloating, etc.) Take small sips all day long. If you think water is boring, spice it up with some lemon! YUM! Adds a little sweetness.
Try not to sit for too long. Keep moving. Whether it's parking farther away or walking to the grocery store, rather than driving! KEEP MOVING. Burn those calories. Take the stairs. Stand up + walk around for 10 minutes every hour. Do squats, push ups + lunges every commercial. It's cool to watch TV, but take breaks!
