Then I remember saying, "If I weighed 125 pounds, I'll finally be happy."
And then I reached that goal weight. A few times. I tried unhealthy ways to get there. Then finally 3 years ago, I really worked on me. My nutrition, exercise, relationships, self love + career finally came into alignment. I found that food is definitely part of the equation but not the whole solution.
