If you know me now, you never would've guessed I was a candyholic, anything with bright packaging, lime green and pink strawberry flavors were my calling. Fast forward 4 years and I haven't touched a piece of candy, unless you consider gum candy. I am not expecting a standing ovation for getting over my sugar addiction, instead I am here to give you some replacements for the candy cravings. This is what works when I am in need of some sweet lovin'.
1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
Heat this ish up. Eat it as is. Bake it in the oven. Blend it into a smoothie with coconut milk and enjoy a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. WHAT!? Yep, you heard it here first. Google recipes using Quest Bars, there's a ton! There are more than 12+ flavors of Quest Bars, find your favorite and get to playing!
2. Coconut Milk Ice Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip flavor, No Sugar Added.
3. My favorite Homemade Chocolate Milkshake.

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
1 cup coconut milk
1-2 TBSP raw cacao powder
1 TBSP honey or xylitol
2 ice cubes
Optional: dash of cinnamon
There are tons of ways to eat your favorite things in a healthier manner. There's alternatives to everything! All three treats are gluten free and everything but the Quest Bar is dairy free. The Quest Bar has whey protein in it, some lactose intolerant peeps can handle it and some cannot. Use your best judgment.
