I wrote this list to remind myself of everything and everyone who has contributed to 2015.
My husband. My salt of the earth man who is a sensitive soul and selfless hero firefighter. My bestie.
Mama. The woman I go to for EVERYTHING. She is my counselor, bestie, laughin' dancer who has the best sense of humor and a gift for thoughtfulness.
Sister. In a few moments this year I felt small and she scooped me up. We shared, listened, commiserated and laughed until we cried. My other bestie.
Dad. I like to call him Socrates. He's a quiet man, but when you need him for simple pick-me-up's, he brings the one-lined zingers that get you back on track. My other bestie.
Dooby. Woprah. (white Oprah). The wisdom and Debby world is something I've cherished through the last few years. So glad to have such a cheerleader a car ride away.
Bro. Another sensitive soul. He let me cry and share my fears after moving from the life + company I built for the last 6 years. He helped me feel okay again. My other bestie.
KK. (S-I-L). This year we got really close and bonded over marriage awesomeness and beyond. Love you SIL. My other bestie.
Yoga girls. The ones who made it to my wedding, who drove/flew/sent love. It was a challenging year and you were there to raise me up. Without your classes, constant cheer up texts and words of wisdom, I'd be a Fit Girl sloth. ;)
Out of town besties. My phone pen pals. I don't know why we are all spread out, but there's been several times this year, that I've felt you take a seat in my heart. I've treasured every trip, hours on the phone and hilarious texting convo's, because you are my comedian girls.
In Town Girlfriends. Countless couch chat sessions, walks and tea meet ups. Soul conversations. Open sharing and endless support. I love you all so very much.
Signs from the universe. (I'm about to get woo woo). The signs you've sent me to slow down have not gone unnoticed. I hear you and I'm listening. Openly receiving your positive light and energy. Thank you for shining your bright beauty and sending me so much love and healing vibes.
OAC friends turned family. My home away from home. My most favorite place I've ever taught at. This place was way more than a fitness club, it was a family among instructors and friends. I met the best people here and am forever grateful for the endless opportunities and forever friendships regardless of time and space.
Healers: Rachel Feldman. Daisy Thompson. JL Chiemingo. Gail Hudson. Elana Bruinsma. Laura Mooney. Dani Leavell. Sarah Short.
I was going to do 31 (my age), but I flipped the script - fits perfect with my dyslexia. :)
Thank you so much for sending me love, support, encouragement and kindness in 2015. I know 2016 will be over flowing, will make more sense and will be filled with abundance.
