3 ways to rid your body of the sugar - FAST
Drink a ton of water. Right now. I don't care if you make this water sipping into a challenge. Detox the sugar by replacing cravings with water. Feel free to use peppermint, dandelion, skin detox Yogi Tea or another herbal tea that is your favorite and drink throughout the day. Limit consumption at night so you're not peeing all night long.
Make yourself a luxurious bath or get the shower water really hot and stay in there for a while. Switch to cooler water. Go back to hot water. Do that a few times to get the lymphatic system working on high. Drain the sugar out of your skin pores by using this cold/hot water flush.
Nix carbs and sugar all day today and focus on veggies, clean protein and minimal fruit. If you have to have some fruit, have berries. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries - all lower in sugar than banana's. Fill up on healthy fats - coconut oil, avocados, nut butter. And when you have a hankering for something sweet, make more tea.
